Perform the preliminary assessement of protectability of the designation (free of charge).
Make comprehensive search in the databases.
Classify the list of goods and/or services in accordance with the Nice Classification.

Payment of provisional official fees
Pay the official fee for filing of application and examinations done by the Rospatent.

Filing of application
Submit the application for trademark registration to the Rospatent in electronic form.

Formal examination by the Rospatent
Application support at the stage of formal examination (up to 1 month).

Substantive examination by the Rospatent
Application support at the substantial stage, including preparation of the arguments to the notification of the result (5-6 months). Expertize can be limited to 2 months subject to payment of increased official fees (at stage #2).

Payment of final official fees
The substantial registration is followed by the examiner's decision, whereupon I make the final official fees payments for trademark registration and issuance of the certificate for it.

Registration and receipt of certificate
The registration certificate is issued within two months of the date of payment of the official fee.
